Whether that’s connecting someone to the right job or helping organisations find the talent they need, we’re committed to enabling growth—for individuals, businesses, and communities. That’s why the Money and Me programme resonated with us. It shares our belief in economic empowerment, reaching communities we may not yet know, but whose futures matter deeply to us.
Our connection to the programme is also personal. One of our colleagues helped shape Money and Me in its early days, shortly after graduating. Today, she’s our youngest-ever Country Director, having led our expansion into Thailand—a powerful example of what’s possible when early opportunities are nurtured.
Supporting Money and Me is our way of investing in those early foundations. Because at Hays, we believe success starts with access, support, and the chance to grow into something remarkable.
